Tip # 2 – Sleep Routine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because infants love and crave routine in order to understand exactly what\u2019s happening next, establishing routines for both nap time and bedtime is essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applying these routines as quickly as possible is equally important so that you set the precedent for them early on. Naptime routines typically last 5 to 10 minutes and we recommend including some swaddling, gentle rocking and even a song.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While bedtime routines can last up to 60 minutes and include a bath, massage and a full feed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
