Tip # 2 – Sleep Routine
Because infants love and crave routine in order to understand exactly what’s happening next, establishing routines for both nap time and bedtime is essential.
Applying these routines as quickly as possible is equally important so that you set the precedent for them early on. Naptime routines typically last 5 to 10 minutes and we recommend including some swaddling, gentle rocking and even a song.
While bedtime routines can last up to 60 minutes and include a bath, massage and a full feed.
